神戸高校サイエンスツアー2026にて「酵素の触媒活性を可視化する」の実習を受け持ちました。

本年度はD2/D5の光成くんとD1/D5の川村くんが実習を担当し、6名の学生とともにin vitro 脱ユビキチン化アッセイを行いました。実験内容に興味のある学生が多く、ユビキチン化をはじめとした酵素反応に関する質問が飛び交いました。

実習の待ち時間には、ラボの見学や大学生活について話す機会もありました。大学生・大学院生がどのような生活を送っているのかを知るきっかけとして、今回の経験が少しでも参考になれば嬉しく思います。

We had an exciting day with Tim Clausen (IMP, Vienna). Stephanie and Takuto presented their projects and we had active discussions.

The seminar was surely superb as always. Tim talked about their recent works related to ZNFX1 and  RNF213 published in Cell and in Nat comm. I particularly liked this seminar as we had a lot of discussions during and after the talk.

We thank Tim for the fun time we had!

We hosted Ivan Dikic for his seminar and scientific discussions!

His seminar was at the new hall @CiDER. We had stimulating discussions and learned a lot about reserach on cancer and infection.

We thank Ivan for this visit, seminar and discussions.

Brenda Schulman and Peter Murray visited our lab and we had great discussions on our project.  Takuto Nakajima-san (D1/D5 student) and Stephanie Kaypee-san (postdoc) enjoyed the opportunity, I believe.  Great discussions always bring positive energy.
